I am a Clinical Massage Therapy graduate from The SOMA Institute, The National School of Massage Therapy, Downtown Chicago.  I specialize in sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, lympatic drainage and myofascial techniques. 

To compliment my educational training, I worked with competitive athletes and the IGI Chicago Style Gymnastics meet at Navy Pier in February 2015, and with Loyola University Athletes on campus in April/May 2015. 

I am Irish born and bred, but relocated to the Isle of Man, United Kingdom after leaving school and lived there for 20 years. Whilst there, I was privileged to be surrounded by professional cyclists, and to train with age group triathletes who represented Great Britain. It was there that I soon learned the value of massage therapy and of the value of finding a great therapist who knows how to get the job done and get the athlete back out training. 

I have a strong belief in the effectiveness of massage therapy and take great joy in helping people improve their health in order for them to live an active lifestyle. Whether you are a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, an age group athlete, a Crossfit enthusiast, an office worker or a parent who just needs an hour to recharge, I have a treatment plan that will be tailored to your specific needs, each and every visit.  Every client will leave the treatment room feeling relaxed, renewed, invigorated, and ready to take on the days challenges.
